Minu Hemmati has coordinated the Climate Dialogue team for Adelphi since 2013. A psychologist with a doctorate in organizational and environmental psychology, since 1988 she has worked as an independent adviser for governments, international agencies, NGOs, women’s networks, corporations and research institutions. She specializes in designing and facilitating multi-stakeholder processes in sustainable development, climate change and gender equity at international, national and local levels.
