Michael Tiboris is a fellow on global water at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and a public fellow for the American Council of Learned Societies. His current research projects address the ethics and politics of water scarcity and the effects of resource depletion on global justice and best policy practices. Tiboris has a PhD in ethics and political philosophy from the University of California, San Diego.
