Augustine Kwan is programme manager at the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) Regional Centre based in Bangkok. He leads communications and knowledge management efforts for several donor projects, including from USAID and the Japanese Ministry of the Environment on climate change adaptation and financing.
